The retreat includes luxury accommodation, transportation, excursions and workshops, food and beverages and local bilingual guides, private chef, concierge service at all times, housekeeping.
You can book through our website, email or video/phone call. There is a $500 non refundable deposit to confirm your reservation and from there you can choose how to pay the remaining balance based on our payment schedule.

We understand there may be unexpected situations, so we have a cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the check-in date.
Refunds:
- 100% of the remaining balance will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days or more before the check-in date.
- 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation cost, including the non-refundable deposit.
